Job Description
- Assist the HR Specialist in recruitment process : publications, collect & sorting CV, schedule interviews
- Draft and send contracts to Labour Inspection
- Staff files constitution: ensure that all staff completed their files
- Update HR Tools (Personal Report, Duration contracts file, Leaves Record, HR dashboard, )
- Filing & recording HR documents
- Assist the HR Specialist and the HR Manager in training programs
- Take in charge staff requests
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in HR management;
- At least 2 year experience in HR & Admin management;
- Good interpersonal skills, organization and coordination skills, communication and solve complex problems skills;
- English can be used as working language
